Default Prehensile Tail

Where in Gurps would I find the rule that would let me cost out a non-striking prehensile tail as is found amongst various arboreal species? I don't see anything in Basic that specifically addresses this.

I think it would be some sort of an extra limb, but not an arm or a leg, capable of grasping but not fine manipulation.

I think you would use the rules for Extra Arms to do this. Buy the advantage, but don't call it an arm in play.

Take extra arm. Give it a few levels of bad grip so it can't be used for fencing. Throw in brachiator for fun.

Oh, can you give bad grip to one arm only? Maybe give it missing thumb instead.
