Life reserve (type of ER for HP)
Are there rules for something like the following? If not what would you think the base cost for the following advantage would be?
Life reserve (over shield, barrier, temporary hit points, divine protection,) -Cannot be healed through means that restore normal hit points, e.g no natural healing. -healing spells, items, don’t restore these hit points unless they have the modifier +0 only restores Life reserve, or +100% restores both hit points and life reserve) -These are depleted before actual hit points are unless some condition is met (only protects against Fire(- 30% or -40%), only protects against high impact guns or lasers (-10%), or only protects the user in the day -20%) -may be healed at a certain time (like at sunrise (once a day) (-30%?)) or after a duration (after an hour(-20%?, or minute(+0)) or when some condition is met (drink blood(-25%?), make an animal sacrifice(-20%?), make a donation at a religious shrine(-20%?), battery is replaced (requires 1 minute (-20% to -40% depending on price and rarity of the battery)). -may or may not have damage reduction (Homogenous) +? -These hit points never count as actual hit points and do not count toward the calculation for multiples of HP. (HP (10) with Life reserve (8) would still be reduced to halve move at 3 HP not 6HP) -life reserve loss does not incur the shock penalty -Special limitations (damage mitigation +0%) -instead of coming off the top so to speak it reduces incoming damage by half and half is removed from life reserve. this form uses the Damage type for the creature it is on so it may not be combined with damage reduction (homogenous) unless the user of this advantage also has it. |

Re: Life reserve (type of ER for HP)
Vitality Reserve comes very close to what you're looking for. It's basically ER for HPs. Put Special Recharge (p. P119) on it to keep it from healing naturally.
