on GURPS Reign of Steel we have some humans groups that live in a similar style to cave men and women of the prehistoric time. with the difference that to worried with big, medium and small exterminator and soldier robots instead of big prehistoric mammals and big predators of the past.

nomads both normal version and mech-riders version live sort of like those cave people you know "hunt and gather food, make their tribal laws, and deal with natural disasters" just add hiding from robots and fight robots and domesticate smart and dumb bots(for mech riders nomads that is).
and lets not forget the breeding part....

remember that humans are an endangered species on ROS's universe and humans know this specially the nomads. and remember that thousands of humans are being sterilize on many work camps too reducing even more the population in the world.

so for nomads to Look after their children is one of their first priorities.
to procreate the most babies, and do whatever they have to do to make sure they survive to adulthood would also be a priority to them.
also it would be important for their pack to cooperate with each other, and protect their own families.

i think this could be very interesting campaign idea when you play a nomad pack or mech rider pack.
