One question: do referees have to pay to be admitted to volunteer to host events, or did I read the convention page wrong?

Hi Nidan,

Thank you for inquiring - we'll clear up the wordage on the website.

Everyone pays. I wish we could offer a reduction to referees - we're a small convention and still can't afford that at this time.

We do offer a nominal kickback to the one or two staff who help out on the day - $10.00 handed back on Sunday for playing Den Mother in the Hospitality Suite.

Sadly, this year's TravellerCon is being cancelled - not enough pre-reg's.

I did say, we're a small convention. : )
