Lost in Dreams (Alexander)

There is water in the well. He lets down a pre-tied bucket and pulls up some water. Its fairly cold.

"Yay! There's water. I can stay here til I die of hunger or whoever abducted me come to tell me why," mutters Green as he thinks to himself, 'It's not like I know how to survive in the wild. Got no map, not much in the way of land marks and no way to carry water. At least none that I've found yet. And this place looks a heck of a lot like a desert. Okay, it's not all sand, or very hot, but that well is deep. Then again that's a lot of skeletons. But they probably didn't come here one by one to be left to die. I suppose I'll look around some more. Maybe I'll find something to hold water. I wish I had coffee.'

After getting himself a drink he'll take a more through look of the camp and see if he can't manage to set one of the tents back up, or maybe use one of the trees to help make some sort of shelter.

The tents aren't that familiar, and Alex struggles to get one "Up". In the end he gets one up but is pretty sure he did it wrong.

Most of the stuff looks like its from a set of an old west about prospecting or something like that: compasses, picks, even some pans and industrial strength forge or something like that (knocked over and tools scattered everywhere, of course). Glass is far more common than he would expect though. He finds one more hand thing and set of marbles, and a tent full of strange glass items.

They're all under a single canvas. One of them looks something like a bell over a glass scale. The others essentially look like crystal balls, mounted on strangely curved glass holders with inset metal lines, or like bowls plated with some sort of metal. There are a lot more glass marbles in this area, as well as a ton of shattered glass of various colors and sizes: the biggest piece is the size of his head.

Green will fill a couple of buckets with water and see how far he can make it towards that big pile earth on one before heading back with the other if he doesn't find another source of water along the way.

Right... He picks some far of land mark. Probably one of the spires.

Alexander Picks up his bucket of water and sets off. Its not wonderful caring that water all that distance, and he has to stop to rest his poor arms frequently. He passes through a good deal of this forest. At night, he looks for a place to sleep -- and finds himself in a barren landscape. He sleeps uncomfortably.

In fact, he wakes up in the middle of the night with a fierce pain on his arm. Then another. Oww! that hurts!

OCC: rolled to see if he thought to bring something to sleep on ... and critical failure. So no, no bedroll.

Alexander will quickly find himself getting up and swiping along his arms to try and get whatever nasties are biting him off.
