DFRPG, GCA & Perks
What is the appropriate library load in GCA for DFRPG? If I don't include basic set no perks are populated (even the new perk option to add your own). If I try to add the power-ups 2 perks file it requires basic.

Re: DFRPG, GCA & Perks
Dungeon Fantasy RPG.gdf is a stand-alone file (but the base for expansion in the DFRPG family). If there are no perks in the book, there are no perks in the file.
Delvers to Grow.gdf and Dungeon Fantasy RPG - Companion 3.GDF are part of the same family , so can be loaded after it "officially." (I don't have DFRPG Companion 3, so I don't know if it introduces Perks as a concept there or if it just has a couple 1 point advantages.) So, the "official" load is this, leaving out the two expansion books if you don't use them: Dungeon Fantasy RPG.gdf Delvers to Grow.gdf Dungeon Fantasy RPG - Companion 3.GDF However, it's your game! If you want to load the Perks file, GCA will put up the warnings, but you can do it anyway. Most of it should work just fine, just some stuff defined in Basic Set and modified by the Perks file won't be included.
