There was a previous printed edition (stock number 01-6199S). I don't know the circumstances of it being printed, but I do have a copy of it (unlike the small-print-run ones like Dungeon Fantasy 1, 2, 3 and 4).

If this program proves to continue to be successful, I'd like to make the next two suggestions:

GURPS Martial Arts. Out of print and coming close to $100 per copy on Ebay.

GURPS Psionic Powers. Out of print and the only copy I can find is $300 on Ebay.

They'd make great additions to my collection.....

As Joe has said, this does exist - I have a copy. I'm assuming the reason to put Spaceships with Mysteries is that both of them were formerly released as softcover small-run editions.

Keep your eye out on eBay. People list things for all kinds of crazy prices, but looking at what GURPS Martial Arts 4e has actually sold for recently, I see one from the UK went for $33.82 on 3/3/17, one from France went for $53.49 on 3/28/17, and one from the US went for $53.00 on 02/02/17.

Psionic Powers went for $18.69 on March 3rd.

Patience often pays off when it comes to eBay...

Who does? :) What I do is set up a precise search and the click the little "follow" button to have eBay email me daily with anything new that comes up.

I'm usually uninterested in Buy It Now listings since they're generally very overpriced when it comes to the rarer items. So I have no worries about "missing out" on an auction because of getting update emails "only" once a day.

Just to be clear: in an ideal world, all GURPS products would be available POD. I'm just offering some advice for anyone who wants one of the original hardcovers or simply wants to avoid paying a high price.

Yep, I have a copy in softcover as well.
I cant think of any product that ha a physical version I have not picked up but I have lost a few that were Fourth Edition (and a lot of Third but I dont expect to see them as POD). Nonetheless I hope this continues.

There were softcovers of Dungeon Fantasy 1-4 and Tactical Shooting that I remember, and possibly more. The list of GURPS books will allow you to find out.
