Force Fields... do they stop radiation?
Quick question. Does the Damage Resistance advantage, with Force Field and Sealed, have any effect on radiation?

Re: Force Fields... do they stop radiation?
Not by default, no. For example, the Radiation modifier for attacks says that it irradiates the target "whether or not the attack penetrates DR". To add protection from radiation to your defense, you'll need the Radiation Tolerance advantage. If you give it Force Field as well, it will act like the DR and protect your clothes and gear, so there's no danger of radiation affecting your equipment.

Re: Force Fields... do they stop radiation?
The effect of force field is to cause DR to protect your possessions. It does not otherwise change the function of DR, and DR does not block radiation. You could take radiation resistance based on your force field, though.

Re: Force Fields... do they stop radiation?
As stated above the general answer is no.
However the Sealed advantage lets you avoid breathing in irradiated stuff.

Re: Force Fields... do they stop radiation?
You've asked about the Advantage and the replies have probably been right for that.
However, the force screens in Spaceships and probably the ones in UT give a PF equal to their DR.
