Updated / New Character Sheets
MODERATOR NOTE: This thread has gotten quite long and been going on for many years. If you are coming here for the first time many of these links may be outdated. Please look for more up to date links in the more recent messages.
Armin has posted the updated character sheet on his web site: Misersoft This is the official character sheet for GCA 4. The wonderful and cool, Mélange has created several character sheets for us to use. There are extended language sheets, a protrait sheet, and you should just go to The Mélange Madness Network or Kyoya's site who's been kind enough to mirror for Mélange. And see what's there. Re: Updated / New Character Sheets
Just to let folks know, I've posted a slightly updated version of the official sheet, which will print Notes in the Notes section (at least as much as will fit), and has an option to allow for all Description and Notes text to be printed on a separate page (or pages) at the end of the sheet.
It'll be included in the next update, of course, or you can get it from http://www.misersoft.com/gca4/. Armin |

Any chance of getting the official sheet with the lines under the text?

Re: Updated / New Character Sheets
We have stumbled across an issue related to regional settings and the new Options feature in the character sheets (as related to fonts). Users using a region with a period as the decimal separator shouldn't be affected by this issue.
I have posted a new update of the official sheet on my site at http://www.misersoft.com/gca4/ that corrects for what we've found so far. If your 'charactersheet.gcs' sheet is hanging with the "it's taking too long" message, try the updated one. Sorry for the issues, Armin |

An exception "Runtime Error" has occurred in Script. It gives me the option of using the selected debugger. So I ran the debugger and this is what I got: Microsoft VBScript Rtime error: Object Required: 'Options' Then it poins to the following line; optionFont = Options.Value("FormFont") By the way this also happening in the charactersheet.gcs file as well and for every character I have.

Re: Updated / New Character Sheets
Armin,
When there is an overflow on the second page (of skills for example), would it be possible to have them in a box like it is done on the first page? Thanks! |

Re: Updated / New Character Sheets
Hello
I am new to this forum. I used to buy GCA 3 a few years ago and I found it was better than GCB (no offense to SJG team). I purchase by Amazon.fr (I am french) GCA 4 today and I wait for its arrival in a few weeks. Meanwhile I have a question concernig what I read on this 1st page topic... several language sheets ? Will there be any french language sheets available ? |
