Flask of Glue vs Chicken steed.
So, chicken steed makes for an automatic escape, flask of glue asks for a reroll.
A few of us thought "the chicken steeds rerolls, but as he automaticallt escapes, he escapes now as well". The other half though said "No, the chicken steed is stuck, so now he must make a roll". Who is right? |

Re: Flask of Glue vs Chicken steed.
You would have gotten away for free, normally, but the specific conditions of Flask of Glue require you to attempt to Run Away again with a re-roll, so you have to roll. I'm fairly certain we've made similar rulings before, but I'm going through to see if I can find them, assuming I can get my search fu up and running successfully
EDIT: Or, maybe I'm thinking of some other situations. I can't find this in specific, and in some cases, it seems to make sense that you'd be unable to use certain cards, but Chicken Steed definitely creates a level of uncertainty on how it should be handled. Hopefully, I can find something before Andrew Last edited by MunchkinMan; 12-31-2018 at 08:30 PM. |
