Just by way of clarification, I've made two passes through E&E adjusting the organization and moving things around a bit, but I still have several more to do, from simple tightening of the prose to revisions of some rules based on playtest discussion. I'm at the point now where I'm right at a sweet spot for word count, so any new content has to be enabled by shortening existing text, pretty much.

Where are you moving? Across the city?

Ah, yeah . . . I keep forgetting. In the U.S.A., when people say "I'm moving!", they often mean to another city, perhaps in another state. In Canada, people don't do much of that; we mostly move within our city. :)

In my case, I'm moving to a place Google Maps tells me is a three-minute walk (270 m) from where I moved last June. It's to where my girlfriend lives – around the corner from here, and more like two minutes at my walking speed. However, five rooms full of stuff – much of it heavy – doesn't much care if you're moving next door or across town, because you can't move it on foot unless you're the Incredible Hulk. So I have to hire some burly lads to manhandle my furniture.

I'm sure most moves in the US are across town, too. I moved furniture in college, and I remember that something like 80% of the jobs my employer sent us out on were local moves. The biggest one was when the library moved across town.

I'm a snoop, so I had to ask. Good luck with the move. :)

I've moved 12 times since coming to Central Florida over 30 years ago, and almost every one of those moves was within the same city, 3 of them were to different apartments within the same apartment complex and within 100 feet of each other.
