Well, for anyone being exposed to the warp-taint. I was in the midst of altering my variation of threshold-limited psyker abilities to tweak it for something similar without going down the punitive route encouraged by the official game system.

(Which also works for an Earthdawn/Shadowrun magic system--kinda, sorta--so, yeah, great little subsystem.)

I've been considering a GURPS 40k game for some time, but if that were to happen it would probably occur elsewhere (e.g., Dark Reign) where they have more of a 40k focus.
