That's a Transhuman term whilst those with Opinion Former could even start at TL4. 'Media Star' would be an alternate name.

I am so glad the mods don't ban thread necromancy.

Like a lot of my previous suggestions, this uses a house rule where skills listed with conditions only count half for talent cost and no learning bonus applies.

Fault Finder: You look for the subtle glitches whose pattern reveals the root cause. Skills: Administration (fixing procedures only), Armoury (complex and ultra-tech only), Beam Weapons (clearing malfunctions only), Computer Operation (fault finding only), Computer Programming (debugging only), Electrician, Electronics Repair, Guns (clearing malfunctions only) and Mechanic. Reaction Bonus: technicians and owners of decrepit machines. 5 points/level.

This is the most hated figure in a Meditteranean Navy in "Swashbucklers". His job is to preside over the poor souls who are condemned to his care. He has absolutely no compassion and his only interest in his charges well being is the necessity of keeping their efficiency up to the captain's satisfaction. He is obsequious toward the captain and the captain gives him a contemptuous patronage. Both know that without that protection he would fall overboard and none would miss him

He is The Oarmaster

Not sure what to call this one, but I think I got the idea right. Soooo.

Body Knowledge: Someone who's good with moving their entire body (probably stating this badly.)
Acrobatics, Aquabatics, Aerobatics, Body Sense, Climbing, Dancing, Freefall, Jumping, Sports, Stealth. 10 pts per level

Suggestions are welcome

The only problem I can see with that is that it should logically include Karate, Judo, and Boxing for sure, and probably wrestling and the rest of the melee combat skills.
