Roll for Avatar to keep feet: 16 vs 11 = success.

Herazian is 20 yards away from the avatar and bigfoot. He points his finger again, this time aiming at the avatar.

Innate attack 17 - 6 (range) = 11 vs 11 -- avatar roll for defense.

Bigfoot rushes to the nearest cup (there is lots of debris-- the blast seemed to do a lot more scattering than destruction) and drops to one knee to pick it up--

DX check to pick it up in one turn: 15 failed
IQ check to determine that Herazian did use this particular cup: 11 -- This is cup worth grabbing.

Bigfoot focuses on picking up the cup and depositing it into his mouth into the extra dimensional space. Speed is not as important as keeping hold of it and putting it where wants it with being interrupted by Herzian.

((Avatar's Dodge - 11 vs 15, success! (just noticed I forgot to take combat reflexes after dropping ETS, Doh!)))

The Avatar of Avhial charges for his quarry in a slightly curved trajectory, simultaneously Ward crafts an illusion of four copies of the Avatar, all charging the same way with slightly different paths to provide a distraction.

Herazian looks at the five figures coming towards him, and at rapid speed-- he seems to have thought 20 yards was a safe distance. He blasts a bolt at one of the images, and vanishes. Or at least he intended to. Ward can see him under the ice flow, floating in the water.

making the image react in time will require a dodge roll by ward. a success allows the image to dodge, the visible ball of tiny light to 'miss' or the blast do appear to hit the illusion and 'do nothing' or have some sort of other result.

Bigfoot has a hold of the cup.

(Dodge 12 vs 10, Failure... The Illusions have initiative, so feel free to make this sort of roll for them)

The Avatar can't get to him under the ice, but Ward's Spell form sinks down to envelop him and strikes him with a TK blast at gestalt ST 80 with Karate bonuses (Karate 10 vs 12, Success! 9d+17cr)

OCC: Sorry, but we are not using the 'combining powers' optional rule. Sorry, this didn't come up earlier. when you actually have two forms in the same space, you can stack, but its linear ST-- combine basic lift to get actual ST (in this case 56 for two, or 69 for three). We are using a lot of stunts, but combining powers is not one of them. As a consolation, the combined power would only have effected the knockback, and even with the karate bonus that is in the range to maybe move him a yard.

you know karate at DX-1, so there is no damage bonus. damage is 2*2d+1 = 2*(11)+1 = 23.

Hezarian is not expecting the swing. It hits him in the chest, moving him slightly backwards. He looks around in confusion, first at the water, then up through the ice. Its too dark to see through the ice, but he can probably see the bones of the people above him.

While the blow doesn't seem to hurt herazian, its certainly buying bigfoot time to scoop up more stuff as Herazian tries to figure out exactly what he's up against. He can leave with the cup used, or he can go for more loot in hopes of finding something else.

Bigg will sniff each item carefully, using his discriminatory smell and detect life to find anything with remnants of the resplendent one.

Herzian begins firing shots upward at the ice above him. He can't get through in a single shot, but he is sending wide cracks through the ice-- he will definately be able to splinter the ground the others are standing on.

The avatar waits for his foe to appear above the ice, weapon drawn. The shadow begins the grappling. He seizes herazian's neck and squeezes, but the neck refuses to compress. Ward feels his opponents strength, and its far beyond his own. Herazian doesn't even bother to break free. He warps 10 yards away out of Ward's grasp and sends another blast at the ice above.

OCC: now you know that Herazian's ST is between 80 and 100.

Ward's next grab results in Herazian just blinking away before contact is even made, and another blast being directed at the ice. Ward blankets the entire underwater section in a thick, black, silent nothingness. He even creates the illusion of no gravity, in addition to the life force of bones coating the area for as large as he can manage. above ground he leaves empty, except for the bone illusion. Ward can't see his foe and remain in telecommunication at the same time, but he can turn one off to accomplish the other. He takes potshots at his foe, trying to give bigfoot more time, alternating between sensing Herzaians location and communicating with his other selves. It works: Herazian gets disoriented as he dodges, and the bolts of energy stop hitting the ice sheet.

Bigfoot can sense just a tiny bit of life from Herazian's saliva-- there are much better sources of power, but its enough. Most of it is on that first cup, but two other objects have some as well. He can also sense the location of the resplendian in the water below.

Bigfoot grabs the objects with Herzian's life saliva and puts it into his Extradimensional stomach.

He hears all the blasts going on and decides to get out of qxldge. Bigfoot speaks the language that joins chaos to law, creation to destruction, and a shifting pattern surround him as if to glimpse to another place... He sheds a tear as his soul suffers from the shrapnel of rending the cosmos...

Warp next to Hutt.
