Default Monster Die colors

Along with the four colors of Munckins provided there are two sides with Orange and Maroon. Are these for future expansions and if these colors come up when rolling for Monster Base do you just continue to roll?

The directions say that if you come up with a color that does not exist, the person who's turn it is chooses an available base color.

And apart from that, Orange and Purple will be added in MQ2: Looking for Trouble.

And...During Monster Movement those colors are used since there are orange and purple arrows on the rooms.

Shhhhhh, you'll have them thinking that SJ thinks ahead.

Gotta say, this one really feels like an obvious "let's remove these two colors from the game and double-dip charging for an add-on."

still... i guess you can consider that thinking ahead... :\

Actually, if we had included the necessary components for all six players in the base game the MSRP would have been pushed from $49.95 to $74.95 or $79.95. Not to mention the fact that by staggering the releases we give people a chance to play the game a few times before trying to play with six; this is a large, complicated game and the more players you have in your first few sessions the more difficult it is to learn the game.

The plan from the beginning was to release a 5-6 player expansion.

Let me assure ya, that's not the way this company thinks.

SJ really is a gamer, loves shiny things, dino's and lego's. Oh and fun.

Not to mention takes a good deal longer to play through. Best to have the kiddies learn to play the Afternoon Waster before asking them to try out the Weekend Killer.

I'm also a goofy gamer, but that doesn't mean that I am devoid of any shrewd business sense. I would've probably done the same if it were my call. I'm not trying to rock the boat... especially in the owner's house. (What? you have a boat in your house?) It was just an observation from a casual fan with no vested interest. Use the information as you see fit or dismiss it. Cheers.
