At low TLs, higher CoLs include, or ought to include anyway, ownership and maintenance of a mount, so it makes sense that Tempotary Lodging CoL also includes stabling. And indeed hair/beard maintenance, and for very high Status some kind of concierge or even multiple ones.

Just keep in mind that high-CoL Temporary Lodging will only be available in those places in the world where there is at least a reasonably frequent demand for it.

Pyramid v2, which is what S.E. Mortimer wrote for, wasn't numbered as I recall, but was identified by week and year, or date and year.

I have no clue on if there is a way to get an access to the full article (at least if you were not a subscriber at the time when the middle pyramid quit).
