This doesn't actually work; No active defense allowed does nothing with Malediction, there is no knockback on toxic attacks, and both irresistible attack and no die roll required don't do a whole lot on maledictions.

To get around the "can't afflict social disadvantages" make it
Affliction: blood agent (-40%) melee range C (-30%), Increased time X (-10X%) permanent +150% divine curse +25% Feature: "Magical" fluff, only affects willing but they get no resistance.
It comes to roughly 20 points. The divine curse is you need to uphold your end of the bargin. The divine curse is equivilant to a hazardous, involuntary always on duty.

I'll remove No Active Defense and No Knockback.

Irresistible Attack is optional, in case there are people with Maledicition-Proof DR (Psionic Powers, p. 14).

NDRR means the attack automatically succeeds (assuming it has a chance of succeeding), though the attacker can still roll to increase margin of success. And the subject still gets their resistance roll.

Wow there are a lot of good suggestions here, i'm going to discuss so me of these with my player and see if we can reach a nice compromise.

To the right of the quote button there is a weird little icon that is for multiquote.
I think its a newspaper with eyes?
