You'd be mixing too many things at once, and as a result (a) none of the pulp subgenres would be adequately represented in a 168-card set, and (b) 15-card expansion packs might have no coordinating theme because they'd be spread across multiple subgenres.
Munchkin Pulp would have to be a base set and then the expansions covering a different genre.
I could get into Munchkin Noir.

I will say this: I have several design projects on my plate this spring and summer, some of which are already scheduled and others that are a bit more speculative but that I expect to see at some point in 2017. (Working ahead?! Is that allowed?)

One of these design projects is something I've been wanting to do for years. A couple more are ones I've been hearing fans suggest for years. Steve has his own design list, with a couple of really big ideas on it. And Devin is burning up the booster tracks: the past few have been largely his work and he has another one coming out this fall, with more planned for 2017.

Even if I wanted to write a game that wasn't on my list, I wouldn't have time before the fall. (And that's not even mentioning the two I mean three stories I have lined up so far this year for the Boom! comic.)

I figure this is a way to judge what fans are looking for or thinking about. Sort of like the card suggester but a little more interactive.

if enough people comment on something you're planning it could get 'bumped up' a little. Or spark ideas for the future.

A discworld Munchkin would be awesome!

That would be awesome actually. Terry Pratchett's daughter Rhianna would probably be into the idea too.

Again, similar to Steampunk, I'd love an H.G. Wells set, or maybe just a War of the Worlds expansion for Apocalypse. It's always been my favourite story and I love every incarnation of it.

"Go Up A Level: Write an Account for your Local Newspaper, then go to bed."

I always thought, in the Jeff Wayne musical, that that was the most British thing to do ever, upon witnessing an Alien Invasion.

Ha! Agreed, but "go to bed" sounds pretty tame and peaceful compared to "sank into a restless, haunted sleep."

Man, I love that musical.

I would like a Freaks and Geeks booster. Or a Nintendo licensed set. Maybe a Munchkin Halloween set like Christmas Lite, and a blender booster to combine all the holidays.

Munchkin Python
Races: None
Classes: Lumberjack, Policeman, Bishop, Upper Class Twit
Accent: American, German, Scots, Outrageous French
Birthrights: None
Factions: None?
Loyalty: None
Mojo: None?

I thought maybe something like Factions or Mojo to describe different styles of comedy, but all I came up with was Silly.

Munchkin Python 2: And Now for Something Completely Similar

Munchkin Python 3: ...and the Holy Quail

Munchkin Python 4: Wife of Brian

Munchkin Python 5: The Heaving of Knives

Okay, yeah, I got nothin' on titles for most of those expansions. I like #2, but the other three, charitably speaking, suck.

I think WotW would make a great expansion for BOTH Steampunk and Apocalypse. Plus it's Public Domain here in the US, and the Copyrights elsewhere expire at the end of this year, so it would be unencumbered worldwide by the time anything was likely to be published for it...

Wells was already referenced in Steampunk (at least off the top of my head) twice, with Morlock Holmes and the Tripod Gun. I think I'd prefer it as a Steampunk expansion actually.

Going to assume I'd be alone here, but WWE? Or just non-licenced Pro Wrestling? Races would be brands, like Raw, Smackdown, NXT, ECW, WCW, Classes would be Stables, like NWO, D-Generation X, Evolution, The Shield etc. Weapons could include Steel Chairs, Kendo sticks, Sledgehammers, and there could be belts instead of armour, luchador masks instead of headgear... I don't know how well the fandoms of Wrestling and Board Games cross over, everyone I play with likes both.
