Several of Vicky's characters seem to be from things that don't have big followings in the Western world. Makes it a bit tricky to figure them out:p
I really went overboard with the Chelyabinsk Men template, but how can Gandahar be so obscure? That's weird. I usually assume that if something journeyed from the West and ended up on our TV, it's probably popular enough in its own habitat.
Condorman was guessed easier . . . so was Saturn III's Hector.

It's semi-well known in the French speaking sci-fi community.

One way to tell how obscure something is in the US is to look for a region 1 DVD release. In this case Wikipedia says there are no plans for a region 1 release. This is an over 20 year old movie that had very limited release in the US.

It's apparently a bit more popular in Europe, though, as there's a french-language DVD release. Still, not much.

Oddly I've actually seen Light Years (on Betamax, sonny, that's what we called DVDs back in the old days), but it was so long ago that none of the clues seemed familiar. I almost guessed "The female lead from Light Years" but then I couldn't figure out what that had to with turn of the century postal inspectors.
