"You Already Own This File": No, I don't.

1. Click on "ADD TO CRATE"
2. Item added to my crate with a pop-up that says "You Already Own This File"

The problem is, I don't already own that file.

Is it possible that I forgot? Sure, but when I poke around in "My Downloads", it's not there.

Please advise.

I had the same thing happen last week and sent an email asking about it. Apparently there's an error in the code at the moment and if you have another title with some of the same words in it, this error will occur. In other words, if you own "Thaumatology" and try to add "Thaumatology: Magical Styles" to your cart, it'll be flagged as something you already own.

I've been told they're fixing this, but for now just double-check your library to find out if you really do own something that's flagged like that.

That was really helpful guys, I was getting confused too. Especially with the PDFs for the big hardcovers it can happen easily. And who can ever remember whether they own Pyramid Dungeon Fantasy I, II or III?
