How long do items stay in crate? (Also, bug: can't check out.)

I've already reported this via the contact form, but when I try to check out with my copies of Pyramid #3/30 and GURPS Power-Ups 6, I get an error message:

The change you wanted was rejected.

Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to.

I'm about to go away on an overnight trip. Will the items still be in my crate when I get back? And will I still get the 23% discount even though, through no fault of my own, the sale expired before I was able to complete the purchase? Perspiring minds want to know.
