Deadlock with Fair Trade

Hello fellows Munchdventurers,

Me and my party have encountered an ardous problem when faced with the "Fair Trade" card.
The card let's you trade one of your item for two (of another player) that have a combined value of 1000G.

What happens if the item is enanched with the "Deadlock"?
Can you discard the deadlock and prevent the trade?

If you have any other item enancher on the item traded like ".. of DOOM" that does not specify that it will stay attached after a trade, the enancher is discarded?
