If is played the card 'Mommy'* on a monster, the monster that is added to the combat has the same characteristics as the original monster, and also the same description?

For example, if a monster has a description that says 'you can choose not fight and run away automatically', even the 'Mommy' will give me this chance?

*I do not know the original name of this card. Anyway if the card is played appear another monster with level +10 of the same type of the original.

Yes, you can simply assume the Mommy is exactly the same as the other monster, except its Level is 10 higher. So all the extra text does count for the Mommy.
