I sleeved mine based on color from the boxes, then I have them in one of my magic fat pack long boxes, along with a bag full of tokens, and level counters. I fit all six starter decks in there. I haven't changed the decks at all yet because I'm picking up boosters as I get them and the partner and I are going to do a mock draft of our own and then start building our own decks.

We are teaching others to play so that's fun. Plus learning how to store them in different ways is always fun. :

@Andrew, I'd like to suggest something. For future printings of the cards, color coded level counters would be cool. :P

And more expensive, making this unlikely.

Cost doesn’t seem like an issue when you make storage boxes fir holidays to store munchkin in, and make level counters, and monster trackers in different variants. You have a following for the game. We WOULD buy this! It’s why Wizards does it. People that play CCGs want to customize their deck and accessories that come with it. From the color of the sleeves, to the die you use.

Munchkin and the CCG operate on different margins and it's not really fair to either game to compare them.

Part of the show last week included a meeting with our licensee who is producing Munchkin CCG deck boxes, playmats, and other accessories. We discussed a few projects they're working on and will have an announcement . . . later.

Obviously they seem to have ruled this out but... I'm not even sure what you're suggesting here.
