Stop the Stalking
How do you rid yourself of a Cherubic or Djinn attunement? I thought I saw it somewhere, but I can't remember.
Ditto the other ways of tracking, from attraction to affinity? Is there any long term masking Relics or Songs? Finally, who has a point cost on a set of Shackles to trap a Celestial? Seems they'd be 4 pts a level, but I don't know. |

Or trade your angelic stalker for a Djinn of Kronos. (Can those guys track themselves?) Then all you need to do is hide away from the Djinn until their attachment to you expires. I hear that limbo is good this time of year.

Re: Stop the Stalking
You could get a (Bright) Lilim who's owed a favour from the Cherub/Djinn to get it to drop the attunement. Mind you, then you'd owe a Lilim a favour, so this isn't a perfect solution.

Relics, I think a piece of Dominics cloak would work, something from Prince of secrets. I think you mean will shackles, 5 points per level 10 per if indestructable! Chris |

Re: Stop the Stalking
I don't have my Liber Reliquarum around here (it's lying under my bed), but I think they reduce the shackled being's Will by their level, thus making him follow the commands of the shackles' user. But I'm not entirely sure about my answer.

Yep! It's called Djinn Fuzz. See the Liber Reliquarum.

Re: Stop the Stalking
I thought there was something in canon that would scrub a soul clean of such an attunement. I guess I was wrong.
Of course, as soon as I put the computer down and picked up the LR, I found 'Discord Bracelet' something which allows you to inflict "Bound" upon the wearer. So for 18 points, you can have a set which will give Will -6 to escaping someone Celestially. Useful to have. The will shackles are much more intrustive and costly, enslaving the wearer. Thanks for the Djinn Fuzz. At least with that to start with, I can extorpolate a cost for the other. Maybe an Essence powerwash, such as Impudites do to clean Dissonance. It has potential... |
