Who's Who seems ideal for such treatment; no other "genre book" seems to fit the bill, without becoming one of the major "worked examples" like Dungeon Fantasy or Action, and that seems unlikely.

Maybe, but 'genre book' means something specific in GURPS publishing-speak, and 'Who's Who' does not count.

EDIT: A book called 'Historical Fiction' would count, though.
