It unlocks after a certain number of posts as an anti-spam mechanism.

Unfortunately it looks like the only one of these I have any amount of is X-23; the others I only have play copies (and one for the binder.)

How much are those Promo Card's worth? Especially the Infinity Gauntlet?

Most of the cards sell between $1-$5 if they sell at all, for some reason Howard the duck and infinity gauntlet have been selling as high as $50... but I see them pop up on ebay for $15 or less sometimes. Of course outside of ebay all the cards sell for less like on boardgamegeek or here.
