GURPS Social Engineering: Keeping in Contact
GURPS Social Engineering greatly expanded the rules for social traits and interactions. But while it touched on such "who you know" advantages as Contacts, Contact Group, and Patrons, the spotlight was on what PCs could do with their own skills and abilities. Then came GURPS Social Engineering: Pulling Rank; it addressed Patrons through the lens of Rank, but left Contacts and Contact Group largely untouched. It's not what you know: GURPS Social Engineering: Keeping in Contact is the next link in the chain. It describes in detail what Contacts and Contact Group actually do for you, and provides extended rules for handling them in play. It offers new pricing options and modifiers for these traits, along with related perks and quirks. And it includes a whole chapter that breaks down contacts by category, discussing what benefits and special rules best suit each type. If you ever felt Contacts were a bad deal next to Allies and Patrons, Keeping in Contact will change your mind! — Store Link: http://www.warehouse23.com/products/SJG37-1692

No need to change my mind, any addition to the Holy Scriptures of Kromm must be mine (and already is).

Re: GURPS Social Engineering: Keeping in Contact
I like the idea of the book, but I think one thing I didn't like that much is it seems like there is a lot of mechanics for over-extending a relationship and losing cp permanently "for free," but not a lot on the mechanics of fortifying/improving and possibly fostering a relationship "for free" cp.
