Biting out someone's throat
Is it possible, by the rules, for a human to bite into another human's throat and tear deep in enough to cause damage (possibly bleeding)? If not, how would you recommend one would go about stating this out?
(yes, I did see that episode of 24) Last edited by Ragitsu; 08-13-2009 at 03:51 AM. |

Re: Biting out someone's throat
A normal human bite is thrust-1 crushing and the Brawling damage bonus applies. Crushing damage to the throat is x1.5.

Re: Biting out someone's throat
That's a simple bite against a foe's neck: roll against Brawling with -5 for location. Damage is thr-1 cr plus Brawling bonus (p. B271). Once you hit, you can automatically inflict the same damage on every successive turn (Martial Arts, p. 115). Don't forget to apply *1.5 wounding multiplier for crushing on the neck (p. B399).
EDIT: A bit too late
