The only things I'd use off a Mk. IV to make a Ninja would be a missile rack and the tower. Otherwise, the Ninja is more akin to the Mk. III.

That's almost a perfect description of the Ninja miniature: A MkIV shrunk to the size of a MkIII, with two of the missile racks replaced with external missiles.
