Default Modifying Campaign Starting Funds

Could someone remind me how to change a campaign's starting cash level on a character? I'm creating some Discworld characters, and for some reason they're coming up with standard GURPS money totals.

Thanks...

Just fiddling, I came up with this, dunno if it has issues:

Attributes | Table View. Double-click Starting Wealth. Click Full Edit Window.

The "basevalue" has a bunch of numbers that represent values at tech levels starting at TL0: 25, 50, 75, 100, 200, etc. These are one-tenth the by-the-book starting wealth values. Alter these. The character should be updated automatically.

Well, I had to do a bit of nudging to force recalculation in some cases, but basically I've got things right now - thanks.
