WTB Ogre Battle Box counter sheet

I am looking for a copy of the counter sheet from the Ogre Battle Box, well actually just the counters so a punched or partially punched sheet is fine.

I don't think the Battle Box has any counters; I believe it's all miniatures.

I've offered a spare set of counters. The counters provided are generally chits, numbers, and such.
