Cherub A attunes to Cherub B...
If Cherub A attunes to Cherub B, how difficult is it for Cherub B to get information about Cherub A?

As far as I can tell, the information flow via any sort of attunement (the Cherub/Djinn/Celestial Song of Attraction sort) is strictly one-way. In fact, the target of such attunement is not guaranteed to even be aware that such attunement has taken place.

That's how I interpret the rules, as well.

Ditto. And especially in the case of Djinn, it's good for the target not to know the attunement has taken place. (Well, it's good for the Djinn to not have the target know ... you know what I mean.) As I've mentioned on these boards, I set up an especially nasty ambush that way once.
