Monster enhancers in Bites and Super

Would anyone be willing to give me the card names (just the names, no card text or abilities) of all the monster enhancers in the following sets:

• Munchkin Bites!
• Munchkin Bites! 2
• Super Munchkin
• Super Munchkin 2

Monster enhancers are the ones that say "+X/-X to [Level of] Monster".

EDIT: And I need to know which cards go with which sets.

My only argument with your list, Chad, is that it would be more accurate to say that the rule about friendly monsters has been completely removed, since we never really defined that term, and that players should follow the rules on any cards that remove monsters from combat.
