Default Modeling Omnidirectional attacks and similar exotica

How would you stat an innate attack that surrounds you, with numerous projectiles flying at you from every direction? Like this: (Minor JJBA spoilers. As if people don't know the meme already):

The Surprise Attack modifier form Power-Ups: Enhancement seems like a good place to start, but it doesn't quite do it. Any help? Also, are there any other strange attacks from media that would be difficult to stat up? Could you show some?

Overhead: Surprise Attack + RoF would get you this.

I would model it as an area attack. If attacks keep coming during consecutive rounds i would make area+persistent

I would model it as an area attack with the Bombardment limitation.
