Default Cardboard Heroes Two-Fer Question: Preferred Assembly & Sci-Fi

Hello Cardboard Heroes and Denis Loubet Fans, I have two questions:

1.) What is your preferred way of setting up your newly digitally printed Cardboard Heroes? What stands do you like to use if at all? I really like to print them on cardstock/bristol with the inkjet printer and then put contact film over them for that laminated feel. Even with that thickness, they tend to slide out of the old style cardboard stands. Any hot tips for basing the home-printed stuff? I don't really go for the A-folding style.

2.) Any hushed plans for reprinting the old Sci-fi set? After getting the new Dungeon Fantasy I have been feeling like starting up a Space Fantasy or just cheese Sci-fi game and I think the older art of the classic sets would be great. Is it possible to take all the old traveller sets and scale them up to function as more generic sci-fi stuff? I really appreciate the Car Warriors set being put up, by the way.
