Default Power Pack

My friends and I have quite a few munchkin decks, Cthulhu 1-3, Star 1-2, Vampire 1-2 and TGTBTM (the one with the cowboys). At first we tried crazy combinations. But the problem was there were SO MANY CARDS! We could go a whole game without drawing a Wandering Monster. We tried it with epic, but it only made the game longer (duh...). So now, we are back to basic, 1 deck games, cause they are shorter so it doesn't take that much planning to have a play.

So our idea was to distill the packs. Take out the generic stuff ("one hand, +1, 100 gold"), take out most of the limited (cultist only, space ranger only, etc), some of the simple monsters ("ah never mind, the bad stuff is pointless") and make a mixed, ~200 cards deck full with synergies (bat materson and the like), full with wandering monsters and mind-bogglingly fun enhancers!!!

Could you give me any recommendations or game balance suggestions for compiling this power pack?

Nothing specific, other than "include more of the cards you like and fewer of the ones you don't." Which I suspect you figured out on your own.

Yeah. I figured :)

I was looking for more of a game balance warning, like "don't forget to leave in a few level 1 monsters otherwise your game will have a slow start"

But if really everything goes...
