Anyone have a 3rd edition character sheet?
My father passed down the 3e GURPS book to me, but I can't find any character sheets that match the ones in the book. Does anyone have a file or printable?

A quick look on the GURPS Resources & Play Aids page includes a link to this 3rd edition record sheet.
Hopefully that will help.

Sadly that is not the same sheet as the one I have in my book. I'm sure I can make it work though, thank you!

Re: Anyone have a 3rd edition character sheet?
I just sent an email to Sean Punch requesting permission to create a PDF of the four pages from the GURPS BASIC SET THIRD EDITION REVISED with the character sheets for GURPS 3rd edition.
Whether I will get that permission is another thing entirely. Depending on whether or not permission is granted determines whether or not I can aid you in your quest to get printable copies of the character sheets from the book itself. |

Which one do you have in your book? I'm guessing it's one of the ones with the vague figures in the image square?

Re: Anyone have a 3rd edition character sheet?
I expect he's looking at the one-sided sheet the four sample characters appear on. I don't know if the one-sided sheet was published blank. The sheet in the Instant Characters pull-out is the two-sided version, which is the one that sjard linked to.
If you really want the one-page version, the best I can suggest is to scan in one of the sample characters then digitally delete all the character-specific stuff. |

Re: Anyone have a 3rd edition character sheet?
Send me an email (click on my name - it has a provision for emails) and I'll dig it up and send it your way. For anyone who might wish this in the future, the name of the file is ClassicGurpsCharSheets.PDF (so I don't have to try and remember what I called it in the past.)
If you want, I can turn it into a form where you can open it with your PDF browser, and then type information into the PDF directly. That form is a function of Nuance PDF software. Either way, I have no problem with doing it or not doing it. Your choice. |

Re: Anyone have a 3rd edition character sheet?
You clicked on my name, got the drop down menu right? From there, you saw the email message option pop up right? There, you should have seen a form that allowed you to send a message to me. Did you fill in the subject line? It won't send me an email unless you fill that in.
Best as I know, there should be no reason for it to disallow you to send an email. Perhaps you need to lengthen the information. Send something like "Hey Hal, my email address is <fill in info>. Don't forget the file name is ClassicGurpsCharSheets.PDF somewhere on your computer... If you can, make me a form compliant version of the file so I can type in it. (or if you don't want that, don't add that line to the message). Alternatively? Enable your own account to receive emails or private messages and I'll contact you that way. Probably what I should do is simply make it available to SJGames to put on their own support page. |
