Default Problem: getting two points back due to SM

Here's the situation. I am creating characters that are using SM +1 Battlesuits. GCA is giving them back one or more points depending on what their original points are. How do I fix this?
GCA assume the limitations No Fine Manipulators & Size were added. It wasn't added by me. I removed them.

Something is providing the rebate. I don't know how your suits are built, so I can't be specific. Lots of things that grant ST bonuses, and ST itself, usually include some of the modifiers by default. Check ST and the ST bonus granters for those mods, and remove them.

I took the Heavy Battlesuit in the Ultra tech gdf file, copied it and put it in my user file. I then added SM+1, Lifting and Striking ST +20, etc.
It turned out when I equipped the characters it was the SM. The battlesuit size mod was giving the rebate.

SM alone shouldn't be giving any points back, however increasing SM will allow ST to be purchased more cheaply. I'll bet the character had ST 12 for 20 points, with SM+1 granting a 10% savings of 2 points.

That is what happened.
