Feedback on card ideas

My kids (10 and 6) and I love playing Munchkin, and we especially love finding new Munchkinny things to do, and dreaming up new cards.

We have a few new card ideas that we think are really clever and introduce interesting new twists to the game mechanic. Is this a good forum to post them and get feedback from the people who design these cards and fellow Munchkin aficionados?

Currently, we are not looking for outside card submissions -- we're already starting to look at 2022 in-house and have more ideas than we're quite sure what to do with. We used to take submissions but we stopped because people were getting sad their ideas weren't being used when we didn't have time to check them, much less use them. If someone gives us a good name or idea during a playtest, of course, we credit THAT, but sending in other ideas isn't something we can usually look at.

Sorry for the bad news, but it's a whole let better to be open about this than let files do into the forever-forget file, I think.

Having said all that -- the House Rules is a great place to pick some new card ideas, as long as you know that we're not making any promises and we don't read that thread very often. We have enough trouble keep the official rules in their caves!
