Halloween Dice?
Last year, it was said that Halloween Dice would be this year by Halloween. (Or perhaps I read an implication into a post telling us it wouldn't be out in time for last Halloween.)
I don't see it on the schedule, though the product page says "Fall 2102". Any chance that we'll be able to have this for this year's festivities? Last edited by Mister Ed; 09-21-2012 at 01:17 PM. |

Re: Halloween Dice?
Bummer. The product page is taunting me with Fall 2012.
I would have thought with all the dice that keep getting cranked out, this wouldn't be this much of a problem, but that is likely just my disappointment speaking. I was looking forward to playing this with candy pumpkins as counters this season. :( |

Re: Halloween Dice?
I'm honestly baffled by the delays on this. It seems like design work is done. With all the dice SJGames has manufactured, I wouldn't think that would be much of an issue. I'm wondering if it somehow has been deemed unlikely to be profitable enough.
Not that that decision making process would be something that should be made public, anyway, but curiosity is what it is. :-) |

Re: Halloween Dice?
If we had updates, we would post them. No news means "no news," not "we have news but we're not sharing because nyah nyah." :-)

Y'all may safely assume that, in any given year, if we haven't said anything by the end of July, Halloween Dice is not on that year's schedule. Now you don't need to ask us questions that will get the same answers every time -- win-win!

Re: Halloween Dice?
Well, not exactly win-win. We still don't have any Halloween Dice. :(
Though I will say that one of the main attractions of this is the built in excuse to use candy as counters. I'll just have to suck it up and use candy as counters for some less thematically appropriate game. :-) |

Cthulhu Dice? Spooks? Burn in Hell? Zombie Dice? Chupacabra: Survive the Night? Munchkin Zombies?

Re: Halloween Dice?
It is not ready. Publishing a bad game is worse than not publishing a game at all.
