Can Reincarnating Soul's be tracked?

Can a Servitor of Destiny or Fate go "I Failed you once, I will not do so again!" or "I will finally HAVE you my pretty! MWA HA HA HA HAH A HAHAHAH"

does looking through Yve's Library sound like a good way to find info?

Away from books.

But I think Geas are suck on a reincarnated soul, so that and the appropriate Song will work.

Maybe expanded attunement?
