A nice idea, though I sense possible duplicate gifts happening :)

But I wonder if he uses his wishlists like I do? Not so much stuff I want, sometimes for gifts for others, but most often just as a mental note for source material.

The Amazon Wish Lists hide items when they get ordered off the list and delete them when they get delivered, so unless someone does something weird there shouldn't be any duplication.

For those who missed the Twitter post, Loren was discharged today. So everything obviously went well enough to send him home! We'll probably be seeing him again here once he's had a chance to rest a bit.

I don't want to start a tangent on this, but I have to say that find it rather mind-boggling that people have to pay (a lot of money, presumably) to have their lives saved in the US.

I hope that any financial hardship as a result of this does not last long.
