I thin I can say that the block of ice is a side effect. When the paralysis vanishes, if the enemy is still alive (probably not), the ice brokes and that is it. If the enemy is killed, the block remains until hit with fire or thrown into something.

An innate attack that falls (and bounces or roll) to the floor (like the fireballs), instead of just going forward (like Bowsers' fire breath) would be which modifier?
