Based on a real life example , a Teenage Girl investigator type (think the Scooby Gang) "Scared of large tree funguses - can freak her out if suddenly confronted" .
Another was 'scared of foxes' but that seems normal in comparison . Real life girl that one was based on received dozens of 'Fox' Christmas cards every year ...

Since you can also quirk powerstones on a non-critical failure to enchant them, I think it might be interesting for one possible outcome to be that whoever uses them suffers a quirk for a period of time. Maybe 10 minutes per point of energy drawn?
