Default Enhanced Dodge question

My google-fu is weak; I'm pretty sure this has been asked before.

In Action 1: Heroes, on p. 18, it lists two variations of Enhanced Dodge: "Dive For Cover" and "Vehicular". It's obvious that Enhanced Dodge covers the Dive For Cover variant, but it's not clear if Enhanced Dodge (Vehicular) is included with or separate from regular Enhanced Dodge.

Can someone help untangle this? Thanks.

As far as I'm aware, as long as it's called "Dodge", it's covered by the 15-point version of Enhanced Dodge.
