[Bio-Tech] At what TL could Accelerated Learning be Gengineered?
At what TL could Accelerated Learning (Back to school page 13) be Gengineered? The section "Smart drugs" (Back to school page 14) says in drug form you can get Accelerated Learning 1 at TL8 and Accelerated Learning 2 at TL9.

It's effectively a Wonder Gland (Pyramid 3/51 p.15) that produces Notropic drugs (Bio-tech p.158) so that makes it TL9 as an Implant and probably as a genemod too.

Aspected Accelerated Learning 1 at TL9, Aspected 2 at TL10, general Accelerated Learning 1 at TL11, and the 2 version at TL2?

You can't do Aspected accelerated Learning as a limited form of that advantage. It's already included in Talents where it mgith make up 1pt of the total cost.

I don't believe in nootropic drugs that can have such a profound and powerful effect, so I'm seeing it as changes to brain structure, although at least Aspected Accelerated Learning 1 could still be the kind of genetic engineering that results in an individual who's interfertile with baseline Humans.
