Re: Renegade Balseraph of Kronos
Ooh. Fallen Superiors, Outcast implications ... good ideas.
Incidentally, I just picked up Superiors 1, and was interested to see that one of the adventure seeds in back is about a Renegade Balseraph of Fate, emulating the Malakim resonance, who believes that Malakim are divine demons and seems to want to become one. Good times. |

Re: Renegade Balseraph of Kronos
Not all Balseraph of Fate were made in Hell, too - he could well have fallen a long time ago, and still remember what Heaven was like back then. Or he could just have a few fallen angel friends. Nybbas may control the propaganda, but if a Balseraph of Fate can't find a decent amount of good information and a cover story, then... well that sort of incompetence would explain why he's a renegade now :)
An angel who recently lost a few forces in celestial combat would explain a lot: Complete refusal to go celestial (that HURT last time!), missing memories (lost a few ethereal forces), occasionally really bad judgment (still a few fries short of a happy meal, so to speak). I also like the dead superior / outcast / etc. suggestions for backing up that story :) Lastly, if you ARE a Bal-Seraph, pretend to work for Janus. No one is going to think it's odd when you have a "creative" approach to truth and morality :) |
