This involved setting up a network of black sites around the Caribbean, enlisting air crew, acquiring aircraft, organising local assets and making a black list of targets. All aspects of this Operation Sawtooth have been decommissioned, but a Colonel Knowles is looking to restart it as Operation Serrated Edge.

Medical falls under S6(per 51.6) and is based in a private clinic in Indonesia near Ternate that looks like a clinic for the wealthy and powerful to go to for drying out and other embarrassing ailments. The facility serves several purposes; training for team medics both basic and to special forces (18D) standards minus the public health part, forensic cleaning; and longer term care for injured agents, follow up operations, physical training and counseling.
