Default [GAME] Surveil a Superspy Setting!

From the A-Team to xXx, going via Knight Rider, Get Smart, The Kingsmen, and thence crossing territory inhabited by James Bond, Ethan Hunt and Jason Bourne, the superspy genre covers a lot of ground.

You all know the rules by now, so without further preamble, let us... Surveil A Superspy Setting!

Question 1
What is the name of our protagonist spy agency? [d6 roll: 1 sentence]

Directorate S does not have a single prominent adversary, but clashes against a variety organizations with adversarial interests. Their most prominent foes include a rather mercenary group known ominously as "Solutions", an ambitious and shadowy cabal calling itself "The council", a well organized political terrorist group known as the "Scarlet Hand", and most prominent national intelligent organizations. This list is far from comprehensive.

Question 4
Where does Directorate S get its recruits?
6 sentences.

A number of sources. Military personnel that show a knack, usually Intelligence units for analysts and special warfare units for field agents. Other civilian intelligence agencies. Police departments and the occasional criminal that shows the self control needed to be usable. The Culper Farm boarding school whose students are mainly children of Directorate S agents and the occasional child that does something young enough that shows promise and are offered scholarships often in lieu of prosecution as a juvenile offender.

Question 5

How many field stations does the Directorate have? 3 sentences.

Question 3- Allies
In the civilian sector, this is the aMUSE Corporation, a multinational conglomerate whose owner is the fourth richest person in the world. Secretly, aMUSE is the majority funder for Directorate S's activities and aMUSE facilities supply material and logistic support around the world. In the intelligence world, Directorate S has good relations with Iron Shield PMC, Lighetsskola-Analytiker Grupp and the Force H agency.

Question 5- Outposts and Field Stations
Due to support from the aMUSE Corporation, Directorate S has station offices in most major world capitals and hotspots, and can summon useful assets to almost anywhere with an aMUSE corporate office. The Directorate also has some mobile bases in the form of one super-yacht and three specially outfitted freighters, disguised as tankers and cargo ships. This is not to mention the range of secret training bases and operations bases it also has scattered about the globe.

---

Question 6
For what product or industry is the aMUSE Corporation most known for? [d6: 3 sentences]

Question 7
Who is the head of Directorate S? [d6: 4 sentences]

Question 8
What is the agency's mission statement or operating brief? [d6: 2 sentences]

Their primary product is casings: everything from packing boxes to phone covers. Any variety of gimmick and gadget that needs a box or an outer cover has a chance of being encased in an aMUSE Corp product. This gives the company fingers in a lot of pies that otherwise wouldn't be available and an excuse for sniffing around a variety of unrelated industries.

Question 7
Who is the head of Directorate S? [d6: 4 sentences]
That's a good question.
There are a variety of official-sounding titles among the Directorate's assorted braanches - Chairmen and Managers and CEO's and Directors and Chief Executives. But who actually is in charge is (to an outside viewpoint, anyway) is rather opaque.
To those inside, there is a man known only as "Mr Livingston". His face is never seen. But important people come to attention when he abruptly appears in secure areas and no one seems to want to contradict anything he says.

Question 8
What is the agency's mission statement or operating brief? [d6: 2 sentences]
The official Mission Statement is "Our goal is to manufacture opportunities." No one is sure exactly what that means, but the Directorate's operations seem to lean toward preventing a collapse of civilization.

Maybe.

Question 9
Who does the Directorate answer to?[d6: 3 sentences]
Question 10
Who does the Directorate actually answer to? If anyone? [d6: 2 sentences]
Question 11
Is there anyone who knows the origins of the Directorate? [d6: 3 sentences]
